Thanks for Booking a Tattoo!

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY.

My studio is by appointment only. Licensed Private Studios are "open" only to receive and tattoo clients, or to meet for pre-scheduled in-person consultations. I do not take walk-ins or in person inquiries without a prior arranged and confirmed appointment. Thank you for your patience and cooperation with the process. This ensures every single client and project gets the utmost attention, privacy, and focus.

Aim for that scheduled time, don't worry about being early. currently there is no waiting area and I am likely cleaning, prepping, communicating with clients/suppliers, or finishing up with another client. If I am available early for you I will reach out. I currently have no receptionist to receive you or take calls. I will * generally* be available to text/phone within 10 minutes of your visit. Just text when you arrive to the parking lot; when I am able to see you I will text you back and/or call. Thank you so much for your understanding of the flow!

July 2022 COVID Update:

As of Late June/Early July,  Knox Co. Covid case numbers are creeping up once more, I have shifted to wearing a mask at all times while seeing clients, and request that you wear one during your visit. Even if strains are mild, contracting covid would put me completely out of work for at least 7 days and possibly longer due to a need to wait for complete negative test before returning to tattooing. THANK YOU for assisting me and so many others in the aesthetics and body art services by protecting our ability to work.

I have also shifted to mask wearing during the direct process of prepping your skin and tattooing, as this is a central medical sterile procedure used by doctors, dentists, and pretty much anyone coming in close contact with your body. Tattooing is a "semi-medical" procedure involving close proximity, sterile considerations, and infection control for the safety of the client and the artist. I will continue to monitor pandemic numbers for any infectious disease outbreak and adjust studio policy accordingly. Rest assured I ALWAYS doing everything to exacting medical grade standards. Feel free to email OmeraTattoo@gmail.com for any further questions or info on sanitation procedures in the studio.

DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT + BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

~Please do not change your art choice or request major art revisions at the last minute. Anything more than very minor changes to the agreed upon art will take time to get clean and correct and we will have to reschedule, and you will need to make another deposit. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

~Self care means a good tattoo: Please eat a good meal and hydrate well. Bring a snack and water if we're going to be more than a few hours. Getting tattooed on an empty stomach or when you're not at your best is a stressful experience on you AND your artist. Also, frank talk, but I'd avoid things like heavy alcohol or THC use within 12 hours (CBD doesn't seem to have the same negative effect); These things culturally present as "relaxing" but they can actually make the physical sensations of tattooing worse for you and make it harder for your artist to do a good job on your permanent art.

~Soap is your friend: Please be clean and wear clean clothes. Also bring a hoodie, cardigan or such; between the room temp fluctuating and the hot/cold sensations of tattooing, you'll want to arrange for comfort.

~Holler if you want to bring a buddy: Please contact me if you want to bring someone. We limit extra attendees to one or two. County and State law prohibits minors under the age of 18 within the tattooing room at all times.

~IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you have
Cough

Sneezing

Fever

Sore Throat

Drippy nose

extreme fatigue

Poison ivy or contagious rash

an outbreak of eczema in the tattoo area

a big cut or scrape in the tattoo area

Sunburn in the area (includes pink or red skin)

DEPOSIT POLICY: Appointment deposits are non refundable after the 72 hour/3 day reschedule period. Please understand you are agreeing to this strict policy when you book. If you can't make your appointment for any reason, I do not pay bills. We rely on some kind of security in our industry and we all thank you again in advance for your understanding.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT THIS INTO YOUR GPS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE.
